Overview
Help build healthier futures for El Paso County families — one conversation at a time. El Paso County Public Health is seeking a passionate Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join our WIC team in Colorado Springs. In this role, your clinical expertise goes where it changes lives: providing individualized nutrition counseling and breastfeeding support to women, infants, and children, and building lasting relationships with families you’ll watch grow over time. And you’ll do it on a schedule that works for your life — daytime hours, no nights, no weekends, no on-call.
If you love patient interaction but are ready to trade the hospital environment for community health, this is the best of both worlds. You’ll deliver engaging, evidence-based education, work with a team of paraprofessional nutrition educators and other Dietitians and gain public health experience that’s hard to find in clinical roles. WIC experience isn’t required — we’ll train you. If you’re ready to use your skills to strengthen families and make a visible difference in your community, we’d love to see your application.
