Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of the Licensing, Standards, and Training Branch Chief, the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) directs, monitors, and reviews the work of the Standards Unit, reviews and recommends approval for various training materials, training programs, and manages special projects.
