What You Will Do:

This position sits within the Service Management & Enterprise Automation (SMEA) bridging the gap between agency needs and IT solutions. From configuring applications to developing on platforms like ServiceNow, we’ve got it covered!

 

As the M365 Solutions Lead Administrator, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our agency’s operations through innovative use of M365 tools. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a highly skilled team, collaborate with various partners, and make a tangible impact on public health initiatives. In this role, you will be at the forefront of M365 support, leading a team of IT professionals and partnering with multiple agencies to enhance our technological capabilities.

 

Expectations and Responsibilities:

Lead the M365 Support Team, guiding two IT System Administrators, providing expert technical advice, and mentoring to ensure growth and skill development.
Serve as the agency’s top M365 Systems Administrator, offering advanced solutions and strategic direction in SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Platform, and OneDrive.
Automate complex business processes using M365 tools, independently solve IT challenges, and enforce policies for M365 usage and security.
Develop and maintain M365 governance plans, deliver training and best practices, and encourage user adoption through demonstrations and mentorship.
Work with WaTech, our M365 Service Provider, ensuring seamless system management, issue resolution, and disaster recovery plans.
Leverage third-party tools like CoreView and ShareGate for M365 optimization, conduct audits for data integrity, and support ServiceNow integration for business workflows.
