Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, strong customer service abilities, and proficiency in essential software applications. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and Draft correspondences and other formal documents for leadership
Provide administrative support for the committee leaders
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Maintain the calendar and room reservation
Prepare and coordinate mailings (electronic and physical)
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Receive and distribute incoming mail and calls to the appropriate members
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Self-Starter, capable of working independently
Computer literate and proficient typist
