Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment and is capable of multitasking effectively. This role involves a variety of administrative, communication, and project management tasks, depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Perform data entry, file organization, and database management
Create and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Conduct online research and compile findings into actionable insights
Assist with social media management (scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, etc.)
Handle customer service inquiries via chat, email, or phone
Invoice creation, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping (if applicable)
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners or clients
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Trello, Asana, Zoom, and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience in [industry-specific tasks: e.g., real estate, e-commerce, content marketing]
Knowledge of Canva, QuickBooks, Mailchimp, or similar tools
Multilingual abilities
Social media or content creation experience
Work Hours & Compensation:
Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
Part-Time: 10–25 hours/week
