The CDPH is seeking a dedicated individual to join the OOHas a Health Program Manager (HPMIII) – Assistant Branch Manager. In this role, you will lead high-level strategic planning and support the State Dental Director (SDD) in implementing and evaluating policy, systems, and environmental change strategies. You will also monitor and evaluate programs within the OOH, assess policy and operational issues, and recommend effective actions.

As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will foster a positive team environment, encourage collaboration among multidisciplinary staff, and promote professional development. You will handle sensitive issues, implement corrective actions, and manage the growth and downsizing of the OOH based on revenue fluctuations. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders, negotiate policy efforts, and ensure the sustainability of programs through strategic planning and resource allocation.
