We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at WellStar Health System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive experience for all individuals who interact with our organization.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services
Assist patients with scheduling appointments and resolving any issues
Handle complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
