Responsibilities:
Receive and prioritize transportation requests
Coordinate and schedule transportation services
Monitor and track vehicle locations
Communicate with drivers and staff to ensure smooth operations
Handle emergency situations and provide necessary support
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in dispatching or transportation preferred
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
Knowledge of transportation software and systems
