Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Reports To: Director of Programs
Employment Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and coordination of global health and health education initiatives. The ideal candidate is a generalist with a strong understanding of public health principles, global health systems, and behavior change strategies. This is a remote position and may involve coordination with cross-functional teams and partners across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
. Manage the full project lifecycle for global health and health education/promotion initiatives, from planning through implementation and evaluation.
. Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project execution.
. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
. Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership and funding partners.
. Ensure alignment of project activities with organizational goals, funder requirements, and evidence-based best practices.
. Contribute to proposal writing, donor reporting, and business development efforts as needed.
. Facilitate virtual meetings and workshops with global partners and stakeholders.
. Promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability within project teams.

Qualifications;
Required:

. Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Global Health, Health Education, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
. 3+ years of experience managing complex health or development projects, preferably in a global or low-resource context.
. Strong project management skills including familiarity with tools such as Trello, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
. Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a remote setting.
. Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred:

. Experience working with international NGOs or multilateral agencies
. Knowledge of behavior change communication, health systems strengthening, or community health strategies
. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) is a plus
