Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Remote Project Manager to lead and coordinate public health initiatives that deliver meaningful community impact. In this fully remote role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and evaluation while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate excels at managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and delivering results in dynamic public health environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage public health projects from initiation through completion, ensuring goals and deadlines are achieved.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including researchers, health professionals, and community partners.
Track project metrics and deliverables, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Public Health, Health Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience, preferably in public health or healthcare settings.
Strong proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
Familiarity with public health regulations, grant management, and data reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing federally funded health projects or community health programs.
Knowledge of healthcare data systems and evaluation methodologies.
