Remote Data Entry Operator / Specialist (Day & Night Shift)

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Operator/Specialist to accurately input, update, and manage information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Review, verify, and correct data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform routine data audits and assist in data cleanup projects.
Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure data security standards are met.
Generate and prepare reports from databases as needed.
Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies or incomplete information.
Assist with administrative support tasks when required.
Meet daily or weekly data entry quotas and deadlines.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Specialist, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace tools.
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40+ WPM preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are a plus.
