Overview
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the CRM system
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Technical Support) to resolve customer concerns
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate customer feedback to management
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with computers and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot)
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Preferred:
