Job Summary

As a Remote Project Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver digital health and technology projects on time and within scope. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, clinical, and client teams to implement healthcare software solutions, telehealth systems, or EHR integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage multiple digital health projects from initiation through delivery.

  • Define project scope, deliverables, goals, and success metrics.

  • Coordinate resources and manage project timelines and budgets.

  • Communicate regularly with internal teams, vendors, and healthcare partners.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Track progress using tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.

  • Document workflows and prepare project reports for leadership.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).

  • Facilitate client onboarding and training for new digital health systems.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Project Management, Business, or a related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare, health IT, or digital health.

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.).

Preferred:

  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.

  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, telehealth platforms, or digital health startups.

  • Understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).
