Overview
Banyan Communications and NORC at the University of Chicago, in partnership with the Office of Population Affairs (OPA), is seeking expert consultants to support Title X Family Planning Program Reviews. These reviews ensure compliance with Title X guidelines and help strengthen programs that provide critical family planning services across the U.S. and its territories.
We’re looking for professionals who can serve as clinical, administrative, and fiscal reviewers.
Please note, this is a consultant position and expected to require up to 150 hours per year.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of Title X Family Planning Program guidelines and regulations (policies, procedures, quality improvement, performance standards).
- Strong written and copyediting skills.
- Ability to travel for up to 7 days to conduct in-person program reviews across the U.S.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Preferred:
- Experience reviewing or auditing federal programs (e.g., HRSA, 330 programs).
- Background in Technical Assistance and/or Performance Improvement.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
