Millennium Medical Group is seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our growing practice at MountainView in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Become part of a dynamic, collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, evidence-based neonatal care.

Opportunity Highlights

·       Level III NICU

·       15-bed unit

·       80 – 90 deliveries per month

·       2-physician care model

·       In-house NNP coverage

Responsibilities

·       Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU setting

·       Collaborate closely with neonatologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

·       Participate in delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation as needed

·       Communicate effectively with families regarding care plans and progress

·       Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment

Ideal Candidate

·       Strong clinical skills in neonatal care

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

·       Passion for working with newborns and supporting families

·       Board-Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)

·       Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based medicine
