Overview

The Environmental Health, Climate, and Sustainability Program at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC) School of Public Health invites applications for a Research Associate 2 or 3 (RA2/RA3) position to support research on climate change, environmental health, and geospatial data science. The Research Associate will contribute to a multi-year project focused on mapping urban heat exposure and identifying climate-driven health disparities in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Urban Planning, Environmental Health Science, Geographic Information Systems, Remote Sensing, Public Health or Related Field

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for Research Associate 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required for Research Associate 3. A Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of work experience. A doctoral degree may substitute for 5 years of work experience.
