Overview

We’re looking for a Remote Clerical Administrative Assistant to provide reliable administrative and clerical support to our growing team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a remote work environment. You’ll play a key role in helping daily operations run smoothly while maintaining accurate records and assisting with general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry and document management.
Handle email correspondence and respond to routine inquiries.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual appointments.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Maintain organized digital filing systems and company records.
Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and other clerical tasks.
Support internal departments with administrative needs and special projects.
Uphold confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
1+ year of experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Preferred Skills
Experience with project management or CRM software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Salesforce).
Typing speed of 50+ WPM.
Familiarity with remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Teams).
