Responsibilities:
Review and process vision and dental insurance claims accurately and efficiently
Verify patient information, coverage, and benefits eligibility
Communicate with insurance providers to resolve claim discrepancies
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Maintain detailed and organized claim records
Requirements:
Prior experience in processing vision and dental insurance claims
Familiarity with insurance coding systems and billing procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using claim processing software
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Certification in medical billing and coding is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
