Job Description and Duties
This position supports the California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) mission and strategic plan by planning, managing, directing, and coordinating the Facilities Management Section – Richmond Facility.

The Staff Services Manager (SSM) II (Supervisory) works under the general direction of the Chief, Facilities Management Section (FMS). The incumbent is responsible for managing the FMS Richmond Facility activities, which include, but are not limited to, establishing, and carrying out administrative policies and procedures in all aspects of facility support operations for the CDPH Richmond Campus. The SSM II directs and oversees the Richmond campus personnel planning and provides guidance and oversight for campus operations.

A hybrid work schedule is available. The ability to telework is dependent upon the position and/or department needs.
