Position DESCRIPTION:
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in a healthcare, nonprofit, or public service setting
Strong communication skills — verbal and written — with a focus on clarity and empathy
Ability to multitask across systems and platforms while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills
Passion for serving others, especially communities that may be underserved or facing barriers to care
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of public health programs, Medicaid/Medicare, or social services
Prior experience using CRM or help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
Background or education in public health, social work, or community outreach a plus
