This might be your dream role if you’re a scrappy, dynamic, thinker-doer. If you can lead a strategy and get your hands into the weeds delivering on the work, then this could be the role for you. If the open space of developing and testing new systems and approaches is exciting, rather than overwhelming, you are likely to thrive in this role. We envision this role as growing with CHIC, and are looking for a radically collaborative candidate with a strong growth mindset.

About Community Health Impact Coalition

The Community Health Impact Coalition (www.joinchic.org) is making professional community health workers (CHWs) a norm worldwide by changing guidelines, funding, and policy. We are a network of CHW advocates (CHWs and aligned health delivery organizations) in 40+ countries that works to ensure CHWs get the fair pay, skills, supplies, and support they need so everyone can have access to high quality healthcare. We are building the collective action networks required to (i) conduct large-scale research on the practices that enable better community-based care to reach more people and (ii) ensure those practices get adopted by health systems everywhere.
