Overview
The main purpose of this full-time contractual position is to assist individuals with developmental disabilities. You will:
Help gather needed paperwork and prepare an application for eligibility
Arrange the development of a person-centered plan
Monitor the person-centered plan and its services
Complete an assessment of the most integrated setting
Identify barriers and a plan to overcome barriers in the state residential center
