Job Description:
We are looking for a Live Chat Agent / Appointment Setter who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients through live chat, answering inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and scheduling appointments. You will serve as a key touchpoint for patients and customers, ensuring they receive accurate information and seamless appointment scheduling, particularly for healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
Professionally handle inbound and outbound live chat conversations, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries.
Engage website visitors, assess their needs, provide relevant information, and guide them through the appointment scheduling process.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for healthcare providers and other industry clients, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare services offered by our clients to accurately answer patient and customer questions.
Document customer interactions, inquiries, and appointment details in the appropriate databases and CRM systems.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide solutions to common concerns.
Work closely with internal sales and customer service teams to facilitate smooth communication and an excellent client experience.
Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction, and appointment-setting success.
Stay updated on best practices for live chat support, customer service techniques, and industry trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Prior experience in live chat support, customer service, appointment setting, or sales is highly preferred (experience in healthcare is a plus).
