About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager / Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of key organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong communication skills, exceptional organizational capability, and a proven record of managing complex programs from conception to completion.

In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure the successful implementation of projects that support organizational growth, operational excellence, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full lifecycle of assigned projects and programs, from planning and development to implementation and evaluation
Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports
Coordinate across departments to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and timely execution
Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes
Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and prepare high-quality reports for leadership and stakeholders
Facilitate team meetings, presentations, and briefings to ensure project transparency
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, funding requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize program efficiency and impact

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
3–5 years of experience in project or program management (experience in healthcare or public health strongly preferred)
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification a plus
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Monday.com)
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams

Preferred Skills:

Experience managing grant-funded or community-based programs
Knowledge of healthcare operations, quality improvement, or public health initiatives
Ability to develop workflows, SOPs, and performance metrics
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $60 – $80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
