We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Public Health and Health Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, data-informed decision-making, and cross-sector collaboration.
This role requires a results-driven professional capable of balancing strategic oversight with operational execution in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities;
Lead the design, management, and evaluation of public health and healthcare service programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and public health standards.
Oversee program operations, including budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—such as government agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, and funders—to advance program objectives.
Analyze health data and performance metrics to guide program improvements and policy recommendations.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, ethical standards, and funding requirements.
Supervise and mentor program teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and strategic communications for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Contribute to organizational growth through partnership development, grant writing, and strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Health Administration (MHA), Health Policy, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in public health program management or health services administration.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Strong understanding of public health systems, program design, and evaluation methodologies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
Experience with grant management, strategic planning, or policy implementation.
Familiarity with data analytics tools, performance management systems, or digital health solutions.
Proven success managing programs in governmental, non-profit, or global health settings.
