Overview
Implementation of the Triple P program in a ten county area of including Halifax, Northampton, Vance/Granville, Warren, Nash, Edgecombe, Franklin, Johnson and Wilson. This is a parenting and family support system designed to prevent as well as treat behavioral and emotional problems in children and teenagers. It aims to prevent problems in the family, school, and community before they arise and to create family environments that encourage children to realize their potential. This position provides general oversight and direction of the Triple P program within these counties. This person will be responsible for program and budget management and collecting and analyzing data, participate in local coalition conversations and community events to support the work, and coordinate and plan community events.
