Overview

Duties and Responsibilities*
Lead pioneering research in developing methods and theory in the area of AI for science, especially for multi-omics data analysis in biomedical applications. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams with experts in AI, data science, and biomedical science.

Position Qualifications*
A PhD in (bio)statistics, computer science, applied mathematics, or related fields and demonstrated skill in quantitative research, big data analysis, and AI programming proficiency. The ability to work as part of a large, integrated research team and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Independent, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. Previous work in generative AI theory or methods is welcome but not required.
