NorthPoint Health & Wellness is seeking a dynamic and experienced Behavioral Health Clinic Operations Manager to elevate our behavioral health services. This role is responsible for organizing, supervising, and coordinating daily clinic operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered mental health care.

Need to have:
One of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care administration, psychology, public health, nursing, social work, or related field and five years of experience in clinic or program management including supervisory responsibility.
  • Nine years or more of experience in clinic operations, public administration, or program management including supervisory responsibility.

In this position, you will:         

  • Manage the daily administrative operations of the behavioral health department including satellite sites.
  • Develop and implement procedures, protocols, and policies that support operational excellence and ensure the functionality of daily behavioral operations.
  • Supervise support staff including office specialists, intake specialists, and billing specialists.
  • Ensure the management of provider schedules including medical record templating, time off requests, and patient appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinate with our guest services department to ensure proper reception desk coverage.
