Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Agent to input, update, and maintain accurate information in our systems. The ideal candidate is organized, fast at typing, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Organize and maintain digital and physical records
Generate reports as needed
Respond to data-related inquiries from team members
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles (preferred)
Fast and accurate typing skills
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or database systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment

Work Schedule
