Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, verify, and update data into company databases and software systems
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Organize digital files and maintain accurate records
Generate reports and perform basic data analysis when required
Communicate with team members regarding data discrepancies or updates
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Perform administrative support tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role preferred
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM or database management systems
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams
Basic knowledge of data privacy and confidentiality practices
