·       49-bed Level III NICU

·       Collaborative 2-Neonatologist model

·       24/7 in-house coverage with NNP support

Responsibilities

·       Provide comprehensive care in a Level III NICU setting

·       Collaborate with NNPs and multidisciplinary team members

·       Participate in high-risk delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation

·       Partner with hospital leadership to ensure quality and safety initiatives

·       Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care

·       Board-Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
