Overview
The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for assisting our Inside Sales team by screening leads for viability as well as providing customer service to our existing clients.
What You Will Do:
Receive inbound calls from and make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers, determine their eligibility and interest in various insurance plans, and connect them with a licensed agent who can meet their needs.
Make outreach calls to existing clients to identify and resolve member issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Create contact records and maintain accurate documentation within the CRM.
Pursue a positive and educational customer experience in every interaction.
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction and to provide updates as necessary.

Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED
At least 1 year Customer Service experience preferred
Call Center experience preferred
Medicare Advantage experience a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Work Environment:
A dedicated workspace at home, lacking interruptions and with the ability to protect confidential information
A dedicated, reliable internet connection, free from competing usage that can impact phone audio quality
