About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Remote Administrative Assistant to join our remote team at Nektar Therapeutics. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities—without ever having to leave your home. This is a fully remote position that offers schedule flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails, calls, and other communications
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Perform data entry and maintain organized digital filing systems
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as needed
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
Provide general administrative support to team members and management
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management software
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
High level of professionalism and discretion
