Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. Whether full-time or part-time, this role is critical to ensuring data accuracy and supporting efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in various systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or incomplete information.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Generate reports and retrieve requested data as needed.
Follow data entry procedures and company policies.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position preferred.
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) or data entry software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
