Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients seeking to incorporate their companies. You will guide them through the onboarding and incorporation process, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage new clients, providing a clear explanation of the incorporation process.
Collect and verify required client information and documentation.
Assist clients with completing necessary forms and applications for company registration.
Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely incorporation.
Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
Address client questions or concerns during the onboarding phase with timely, clear, and empathetic communication.
Provide guidance on post-incorporation services, such as bank account opening, tax registration, and compliance requirements.
Continuously improve the onboarding workflow based on feedback and best practices.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer onboarding, corporate services, or company incorporation is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of company formation processes (e.g., in [insert region/country]).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficient in using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
