Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Data Entry Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems from various sources. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems
Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry
Review and correct errors in information, records, or documents
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Perform routine clerical tasks such as organizing files and data reports
Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks
Communicate with team members or departments to ensure data integrity

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous data entry or administrative experience (preferred but not required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable working with confidential data

Work Schedule:
Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week
Part-Time: Flexible, 15–25 hours per week
Remote and hybrid options available (if applicable)
