Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and able to manage a high volume of data with precision.

This position is available for both full-time and part-time schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Enter, verify, and update data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
Review documents for errors or inconsistencies and resolve data discrepancies
Maintain and organize digital and physical records
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Retrieve information from databases or electronic files as needed
Ensure confidentiality and security of all data handled
Assist with administrative tasks such as generating reports or compiling information
Communicate with team members to ensure data integrity and workflow efficiency

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is a plus)
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred
Strong typing skills (typically 40–60+ WPM) with high accuracy
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with computers and office software (Excel, Word, Google Workspace, etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work Schedule
Full-time: 35–40 hours per week
Part-time: Flexible hours, typically 15–25 hours per week

Work Environment
Remote, hybrid, or on-site options may be available depending on company needs
