Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, order status, returns, and any other service-related needs.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Process orders, forms, and applications as required.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ensure proper resolution of issues.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate assistance.
Achieve customer satisfaction and resolution targets as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office applications.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
