Job Summary
We are looking for a responsive and customer-focused Live Chat Agent / Call Center Customer Service Representative to assist customers through live chat and/or phone support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, billing, and technical issues
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM or support software
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, satisfaction scores, and resolution rates
Stay updated on company policies, product changes, and procedures
