The Workforce Pathways Program (WFP), within the Office of Public Affairs & Equity, fosters paid opportunities for individuals historically excluded from public health careers, bridging lived experiences and cultural diversity into a workforce reflective of Washington’s populations.

Role Overview
As the Training and Communication Specialist (PS3), you will drive agency-wide training, outreach, and communication efforts for the Office of Enterprise Risk Management (OERM). Your focus will promote equitable access, prevent discrimination, safeguard information, and ensure compliance with civil rights, public disclosure, and records laws. This role supports initiatives across OERM, emphasizing the Civil Rights & ADA Program and Privacy Office.

Work Location
This remote role offers flexibility, with occasional, pre-scheduled in-person collaboration. Applicants must reside in Washington State or near the Oregon/Washington or Idaho/Washington borders.
