Overview
As the Policy Director, you will report to the HSQA Assistant Secretary. This position leads and directs the strategic policy, legislative development, and rulemaking for HSQA. You will identify emerging policy issues and lead resolution, oversee legislative and regulatory affairs, and be involved with management of external relationships with legislators, stakeholders, and the governor’s office. As an agency policy leader, you’ll partner closely with leaders in other divisions and executive offices to advance the agency’s policy priorities and assure division priorities are aligned.
