The Washington Medical Commission (WMC) is looking for a passionate and proactive team member to help us fulfill our mission of keeping Washington residents safe and supporting the integrity of the medical profession.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor staff in processing compulsory requests for the Commission.
Serve as a subject matter expert on compulsory requests, offering technical guidance.
Streamline quality disclosure services to internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and implement improvements to operational efficiency related to compulsory requests.
Assist management with daily activities of the Operations and Informatics unit, ensuring effective use of technological tools.
Perform document organization, scanning, filing, and indexing.
