We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team at WellStar Health System. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide them with information about the facility
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Check guests in and out, ensuring accuracy of information
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
