Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at WellStar Health System. The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through building strong relationships with customers and promoting our products and services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where your sales skills will be put to the test.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Promote products and services to customers
Provide excellent customer service and support
Track sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
