Responsibilities:
Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assist patients with scheduling appointments and resolving billing issues
Provide information about services, procedures, and insurance coverage
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
