Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Student Affairs Specialist plays a central role in supporting student success, academic progress, and career readiness within the School of Public Health. Reporting within Academic Affairs, the incumbent provides integrated academic operations support, direct student services, and career development programming while ensuring accurate academic records and high quality student facing resources. This position works closely with the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, program directors, faculty, and campus partners to deliver coordinated, student centered services aligned with accreditation requirements and public health workforce expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s

Required Field of Study: Public Health or related field

Number of years required to perform the job: 3 years of experience

Substitution: Masters degree in Public Health or a related field may substitute for the two years of work experience
